Check List

The result of QC conducted on detection of defective products

Purpose

To check that appropriate quality assurance standard (stability, credibility, security, maintenance, durability etc) is applied to ensure the produced lotteries have the highest quality through the QC performed before and after the process, preventing problems in the lotteries and that such procedure is being implemented.

-    Check the results of the QC on the standard of the nonconforming product detection

-    Ink must not be smeared onto nearby lotteries

-    All game images must be completely covered by secure printing material

-    Game image bust be protected in the scratch-peeling process through additional coating

-    The verification number printed on the bottom of the scratch must contain an e 8-digit game number +unique number so that a duplicated verification number cannot exist

-    On the surface of the scratch, there should not be any scratch, crack, or hole that may make the covered area visible. Even if the game contents are not visible, the print boundary under the scratch must not be visible

-    The area of the scratch must be separate from other surrounding areas and maintained evenly

-    The material for the scratch must be even and soft

-    When the scratch is peeled at constant temperature using a normal method, it must peel easily without leaving any remains

-    The overprint must be printed to cover the entire area of the scratch

-    The nature of the scratch (California State Lottery RFP)

-    The game data and background must not be damaged, altered or smeared when peeled

-    When peeling the scratch using various methods, it must peel completely

-    The peeled scratch may be fragmented but must not be powder

-    The scratch must not be harmful to people or damage clothing
