According to a sales pattern of tickets, a pattern and a size of serial numbers for selling tickets vary. When tickets are sold through terminals or vending machines, each serial number for distribution must be printed by a machine by using a barcode that can be scanned, and a size of tickets must be printed to meet the sales pattern.

In case where each regional office gathers orders of retailers through dealers and orders tickets as in Korea or QUÉBEC, or in case where each retailer directly orders tickets by using a call center as in California, it must be managed for an amount of money obtained by subtracting costs paid by each retailer from an amount of money of sold tickets to be less than an amount of collateral money of the retailer.

Herein, a portion of money that has not been received as an amount of sales is managed as an uncollected amount, and when the uncollected amount is calculated, consistency between data must be managed not to be broken by linking distribution information, sales information, and money collection information in accounting.

That is, since an uncollected amount may be calculated based on past data without confirmation even though an amount of distributed tickets has increased while distribution, sales, and accounting information is being inquired for calculating the uncollected amount, reference of this linked data is designed to be managed exclusively to each other. That is, management must be performed so that inquiry or modification cannot be performed in another system while reference or modification is being performed in a system.

As a part that must be controlled in a security part in ticket sales, a case of being illegally distributed and sold without regulations according to contract must be managed. It must be confirmed whether there exists a retailer, which is not legally registered, exceeds an amount of tickets sold per person, or violates a regulation such as age restriction.
