-    Check if security is applied to off-site equipment taking into account the different risks of working outside the lottery organization’s area.

-    Check if the lottery organization requires retailers and wholesalers either via agreement or contract to validate the integrity of packages of printed lottery on bill.

-    Check if sales staff is to confirm that they have received a particular distribution of lottery.

-    Check if the printed lottery is formally recorded with issuing to retailer and wholesaler for confirmation.

-    Check if the lottery organization provides retailers with instructions regarding prize claim payout, ticket validation, instant ticket treating and storage, reporting of security issues including lost and stolen tickets.

-    Check if the lottery organization provides report for retailers to meet the security requirements for treating instant tickets.
