-    Check by comparing with printing diary, printing system log and disposed ticket list, if the amount of packed tickets are accurate

-    Check if the staff in charge of examine packaging list and to-be-preserved ticket list is separated from producing tickets

-    Check in the case of occurrence of discordance by the reason of the amount of tickets are omitted, after finding causes if reporting is properly carried out and follow-up measures are taken

Purpose

To check that appropriate quality assurance standard (stability, credibility, security, maintenance, durability etc) is applied to ensure the produced lotteries have the highest quality through the QC performed before and after the process, preventing problems in the lotteries and that such procedure is being implemented.

1) Print process – offset process

◦  color: comparison with the sample

◦  Focus: Check for duplicated print (apply both front and back)

◦  Print condition: Check if the front and back contents are same as the sample, letters are clear, and nothing is omitted

◦  Contamination: Check if front and back are produced cleanly (check for dirt)

2) Print process – inkjet process

◦  Serial number: check for serial number duplication, serial number omission

◦  Clarity: Check if the game data is precisely printed and check the OP color

◦  Focus: Check the extent of deviation of the product data print

◦  Secondary test: Test the primary test-completed products in the same manner as the primary test, and also carry out an additional test on the post product production process

3) Flex Process - Processor

◦  SL CUT: Check if the product has been cut to the same standard as the sample

◦  Cutting line: Check if the product is cut by the ticket (each) unit

◦  Color: Check if the color for the entire process matched that of the sample

4) UV: Check if there is a coating by applying a light

◦  Contamination: Check for the penetration of foreign color or contamination due to foreign substance

◦  Dryness: Check if the print ink on the product is dry (method: apply pressure to the pack to check the extent of stickiness to other ticket)

◦  Focus: Check for the duplication or the extent of deviation in the specification of the print

◦  Print: Check the clarity of OP & letters
