-    Separate from the overall factory security, check if the following actions are executed to reinforce the security of the lottery production site

-    Check if the production facility exterior locking device is connected to the warning (alarm) apparatus.

-    Check if all visitors to the production facilities are recorded.

-    Check if all production facilities are designated access-restricted area and if clearly indicates that only authorized personnel is allowed access.

-    Check if during the production or custody of lottery security personnel are deployed 24 hours.

-    Check if the plate and cylinder are produced under secured environment, and those not in use are safely stored.

-    Check if all lotteries are sealed and kept in order, and until the delivery stored in a locked facility.

-    Check if upon loading of the lotteries, the loading and delivery managers sign the loading list, and the delivery truck records the seal number on the loading list once sealed.

-    Check if the volume of scraps created during the lottery production is ascertained and the scraps are destroyed to prevent their usability.
