-    Result of prize distribution setting value (Maximum delay time, etc.) in one pack(or book) when raw data is generated

-    Check if the number of winning tickets in on pack(or book) is configured according to settings

-    Check if it is inspected and reported whether winning odds of individual lottery tickets in one pack are uniform (using statistical scheme such as a chi-square test)

◦  Check if procedures and scheme related to inspection are appropriate

◦  The number of winning tickets, the number of winning tickets per specific rank, the number of fail tickets for serial numbers in a pack in game data generated by ticketing system (set a predetermined sample section if it is difficult to examine the whole issued data)

◦  Check if the hypothesis is established that distribution probability of winning tickets for serial numbers is even (in theory, when winning tickets are distributed randomly in one pack, if a sample section is infinite, the same number of winning tickets must appear in the numbers(0~199) forming one pack)

◦  Check if the hypothesis is rejected by applying statistical scheme, such as chi-square, using materials obtained by analyzing game data to be examined (since objects to be examined cannot be infinitely large, it is determined whether statistical result of restricted samples supports the uniformity of winning ticket distribution within a predetermined significance level(1% or 5%))

-    Check if the settings of high prize distribution have been accomplished according to design when raw data was generated

-    Check if it is tested and reported whether the high prize probability of individual packs forming the same game is uniform (using statistical scheme such as chi-square). That is, the fact that any number of pack doesn’t have higher or lower winning probability statistically must be confirmed

◦  Check if the winning probability inspection report for confirming that any winning pattern does not exist in a series of packs forming the game is edited for the game data generated by the ticketing system and reported, and if the editing procedures and scheme are appropriate

◦  Investigate the number of winning tickets higher than a predetermined rank in a series of packs for the issued game data (set a predetermined sample section if it is difficult to examine the whole issued data)

◦  check if the hypothesis is established that the probability of including winning tickets higher than a predetermined rank is uniform in every pack

-    Check if the hypothesis is rejected by applying statistical scheme, such as chi-square, using materials obtained by analyzing issued game data
