In order to meet a prize structure of instant tickets, award grades are distributed per packaging unit as in [Table5. Design of prize structure distribution per packaging unit of instant tickets]. This case is based on instant ticket of South Korea. But, most packing has similar design. Packing and inspection process is conducted under condition of prize structure and production size.
Packaging unit comprises a book unit in which tickets are delivered to retailers, a box unit in which a plurality of books are packaged, and a pool unit in which a plurality of boxes are packaged. Usually, 100 or 200 tickets are packaged into a single book and delivered to a retailer, and 25 books are packaged into a single box and delivered. For even distribution of high prizes, 100 boxes are packaged into a single pool.
