- Auditing plan establishment and notice

- Auditor shall establish an auditing plan based on a per-draw production order and a press plan provided by the audited.
- Auditor shall pre-discuss the auditing plan with the ordering organization and the audited
- The auditing plan includes objectives, basis, overview of business to be audited, audit area and audit schedule, man-month, check list, etc.
- Audit schedule shall include the contents from (3) to (8) or (9) for each type of lottery tickets
- It is recommended to attach an audit process sheet with reference to the press plan provided by the audited
- Auditor informs the ordering organization that audit kick-off meeting is performed, in prior to the audit kick-off meeting.
