Structure of Audit code

An audit code consists of five units based on the audit framework and each unit uses the code system which can be easily recognized.

- Business type: the business type is classified by Lottery and Lottery Fund Act. Article 2 and use the code assigned by Lottery organization. Printed Lottery is indicated by ‘L’.

- Audit process: The codes of the process are assigned as shown below depending on the process life time.

- The code of ticket printing is separated more detail. Because the processes are more complicated and there are many check objects in printing process under manual system without advanced printing system using automatic inspection system based on barcode and camera system.

- Audit Resources: This unit shows items to be checked in the process for each audit area of printed lottery.

- Detailed Check List: This unit shows a check method and outputs to be checked with respect to detail items for each object to be checked.
