Printed lottery issuing process is made up of following phases according to the logical flow.
- Plan and Organization: Plan & Design process is a phase to fix the Issuance plan. In this phase, all the essential related matters including product type, issuing amount, Game closures, etc. are established.
- Printing Plan: Printing Planning Process is a phase in which contract is signed between an ordering organization and a lottery ticket printing company, a production order is edited by the ordering organization, and a press plan and a press order is edited by the printing company. - Retailer and Sales: Retailer and Sales process is a phase to ensure that retailer conforms to the requirements applicable to the storage and sale of tickets. Audit check list include retailer instructions and training.
- Prize payout: Prize payout process is a phase to protect prize money. Audit check list include the validation of winning tickets, payment process, checkup the unique ticket reference number, etc.
- Ticket Closures: Ticket closures Process is a phase to ensure that security control and audit requirements are maintained when game is closed. Audit check list include game closure procedure, balance of ticket stock, stock audit check, ticket destruction, etc.
