    Process
      Printed lottery issuing process is made up of following phases according to the logical flow.

    - Plan and Organization: Plan & Design process is a phase to fix the Issuance plan. In this phase, all the essential related matters including product type, issuing amount, Game closures, etc. are established.

    - Printing Plan: Printing Planning Process is a phase in which contract is signed between an ordering organization and a lottery ticket printing company, a production order is edited by the ordering organization, and a press plan and a press order is edited by the printing company. This process can be called a preparation phase for printing lottery tickets.
    The printing planning process is also a feasibility study phase to check the possibility of generation and printing of computerized game data based on a production order of the ordering organization. In this phase, a major audit check list includes checking whether to prepare an infrastructure for printing instant lottery tickets, check the validity of requirements in a production order, and check the validity of security policy establishment.

    - Pre-press: Pre-press Process is a test phase performed based on a press order before an actual printing process is performed.     - Inspection: Inspection Process is a phase to perform inspection and packaging after the actual printing process is completed. In this phase, a major audit check list includes the checking of procedures and a management status of inspection and packaging, the checking of an implementation result according to a quality assurance plan, etc.

    - Storage and distribution: Storage and distribution process is a phase to ensure that printed tickets are preserved and distributed in secure manner. Audit check list include ticket ordering, ticket transportation, storage facility, etc. 

    -  Retailer and Sales: Retailer and Sales process is a phase to ensure that retailer conforms to the requirements applicable to the storage and sale of tickets. Audit check list include retailer instructions and training. 

    - Prize payout: Prize payout process is a phase to protect prize money. Audit check list include the validation of winning tickets, payment process, checkup the unique ticket reference number, etc. 

    - Ticket Closures: Ticket closures Process is a phase to ensure that security control and audit requirements are maintained when game is closed. Audit check list include game closure procedure, balance of ticket stock, stock audit check, ticket destruction, etc.
